Good Morning Early Birds!

Friday. Nearly the weekend. I have nothing planned, but that has a way of changing at short notice.
We are told no rain today, but my wee kindle says rain at 1000 and 1300. It's usually correct. We shall see. Just the paper to collect, so I'll do that early.

not too bad, however i sincerely wish i could stay asleep at this hour. Got the news on which is doom laden as always.

you are right, it's just that i am nodding off half way through the day, which i don;t like to do.

Slept from 2pm to 4am this morning. Feel a lot better. How about you Boaty?

I can understand that emmie. Try not to worry about it, you obviously need a nap, so you will feel better about it. I never mind nodding off during the day, it's time well spent.

a friend is popping over later after work. that will be good, just for an hour or so but good to have a natter...

I did pop out last saturday to see a couple of mates,
trouble is i want to stay out but it was so cold that i got frozen on the way home. Then crashed out when i got in as i said i am such a lightweight..

shouldn't drink on an empty stomach i know, but it was good to be out of the house

Nothing wrong with that emmie. It's always good to have time with friends, a wee snifter or two makes it all the better.
