Saturday. Well it's stopped snowing. Yer wee man is telling us it's going to rain now. Can't win, can you!

What today holds remains to be seen. It would be nice to be able to get out, but I can't see it yet. We shall see.

In the meantime have a happy day everyone.

Never thought Id say this, but I wish this snow to be gone now, enough of this cold wintery weather!

Morning lina. xxx I agree with you. I'm a sunshine soldier these days.

How are you this morning?
Sunshine! ... brighter warmer days ahead. Not great to be honest. The boiler has been off since Thursday evening, so no heat/ hot water. British gas can't get here while Tuesday, they've been inundated with emergencies. You can't get through at all by phone, got an appointment online. We have a couple of connector heaters and have been lent an additional one. So, busy boiling pans to was the pots ect.. Quick visit x
Question Author
Not a good time for the boiler to go walkabout. Never happens in summer, does it!
Well, it's a lesson learned, lag your pipes. Sorry, just go and get things sorted x
Morning Waterboatman and Elena, what a windy night again, my hubby took me to local town last night in tractor, the looks we got when we pulled into Tesco car park ! great fun.

Morning all, going back to bed soon... youngest working machines to clear roads so up with him to make supplies to keep him going. I gather there is no sigh of your hedgehog wbm? xx
Question Author
Morning ali xxx You're a good mum. :o}

No. I don't think I'll see the wee lad again. He had a long life for a hedgehog. I miss him though.
Ah wbm how long did you have him visiting you? Yes I am a good mum they don't realise it sometimes! Lol what's your plans for the day.
Question Author
He was the third generation to inhabit my garden. His mum and grandmum lived in the old wooden shed, now gone and replaced with a plastic coated steel one, so I made him a house from a redundant wooden bread bin. He loved it! He went into hibernation in Tiggy Towers as it got named But when I checked on him about a month ago when the weather got warm, he was fine, two days later he was gone and I haven't seen him since.
Question Author
Plans for the day. Go and collect the paper from my mate's shop, a bit of shoplifting and then I know not what.
Morning Boaty xx alin xx lina xx Danny xx
Question Author
Hedgehogs usually live 4 to 6 years, Tiggy was approaching 8. So he was a wee old man. About 100 in human years.
