In light of the latest revelations about Donald Trump's rather smutty opinions of women...defended by several male ABers as normal male banter...could we have a poll to determine just how many men do take part in such locker room banter? TA.

Yes...that's why I'd like to see a poll.
Also how many think it's acceptable although they don't join in.

Hope you don't mind me adding to your request Pasta.

Some call it banter. I call it sneering.
"What an utter waste of time a poll would be" = "because I'd be in the minority"
;-)
Totally agree with divebuddy and murdo. How many men on AB have seen the inside of a locker room recently?
Pasta, get a grip on reality.
Waste of time. I say this because if every male friend/colleague I knew answered the poll honestly the females would be aghast at the results.
That's not chauvinistic, just telling it how I hear it.
Can we have a poll that ponders on the revelation that Ms Clinton successfully defended a man who raped a twelve year old girl? A man who Ms Clinton acknowledged was guilty and laughed about how she was going to get him off?

That Ms Clinton is... well, insert your own derogatory epithet here.

I think that Trump is a moron. He is an idiot par excellence. But even he, an idiot, would be better placed than her in the Whitehouse.

Sowell's solution to the presidential election dilemma is for the office to be left vacant for four years, Birdie.

Having said that he discusses the damage either president might afflict (9m into the clip) and concludes that Trump's would be temporary and could be unravelled quickly, but Hillary's could be permanent. In Sowell's words if she gets a majority of "activist judges" in the Supreme Court it could mean the end of constitutional government in the US.

Earlier parts of the interview - Sowell discusses free trade (the obviously wrong Trump policy, but the one which will give him the most disaffected Democrat votes) and "systemic racism", the most immoral attitude of Obama and Clinton, apart, possibly, that of enabling the mullahs to acquire nukes.

But, hey, Birdie? We've got cross-gender locker rooms to worry about!

im guilty of having a bit of lads banter about girls/woman in the changing rooms/ builders tea hut ,officers mess or where ever. i put my hands up to that i am guilty too , but i do not disrespect woman. i remember overhearing a group of girls years ago one of which was my girlfriend and i was shocked at what the topic of conversation was, really !!

now, on the other hand i have heard a group of woman talk about men and in my view, woman are far far worse !!!

so any woman sits there and says that what he said is discusting then just think about some conversations you lot have said about men in the past.

be honest with yourself.
" the boys" say no.
Seeing as it has raised its ugly head again.....

Can we have a flip poll as well asking how many women have similar "banter" about blokes or does that NEVER happen !
The most lewd behaviour I have seen was when I was the only male ( apart from the strippers) at a 'Ladies night' in our local rugby club bar. I was behind the bar. When I had to go out and collect glasses they nearly had my trousers off. I lost count of how many 'ladies' offered me sex!
Perhaps we ought to have a poll about that^^, but just featuring women running for high political office...
And what about the things Trump has said about his own daughter?
