Can I assume I now am banned from having an Avatar of my own instead of the jelly baby even though I have re registered a new one with Gravatar? Seems like I am not allowed to revert to my original long standing one either.

Apparently I have. Had some nice compliments about my nostalgic avatar. One ABer put their neck on the line and admitted to owning such a horrid enamel pin badge that was sent to thousands of happy children recipients over the years. Sadly today's children are made of less sterner stuff and get nightmares at the sign of a little enamel dolly pin badge.

Have altered my new Avatar to a little yellow furry glove puppet who I rescued from an abused bears home.He worked for the BBC and was continually abused by two men who covertly interfered with his backside.
I was, at first, considering using his squeaky playmate but the implications of a dog that might be connected to a chimney sweep would cause real vapours amongst the easily offended.They seem,alas, to be banned also so I am left with a pinko jelly baby.
