Never seen a baguette bag in France. You just get a small piece of brown paper wrapped around the middle, presumably to stop your hands dirtying it/them. Anyway , they'd have to have many different bags to fit perfectly. They have 'restaurant', 'ficelle' and several other shapes, as well as the true baguette.
