A young man explained to his doctor that he had not been able to satisfy his wife in bed for many months, which was causing a strain in their marriage. His doctor sent him along to see a big black man who specialised in helping couples with this type of problem.
The doctor explained to the husband that when you are making love to your wife, the black man will wave a fan above your heads – this will stimulate your wife into having an orgasm.
