May has said said that the person to negotiate will not be her. So who will it be I wonder?

Jim, Time will tell if the Labour party is to implode - and time for a re-think on electoral reform another time. Current business is enough for now.
//the Brexiters didn't promise anything.//

What utter nonsense.

///. A party no one wants to lead, leaving the backroom boys a chance of power///
Never heard Theresa May described as a back room boy.
We really are in extraordinary times. I have a skip to fill but cannot drag myself away from my comp and the news

Garaman, you need to qualify that. What did they 'promise?
-Talbot-, extraordinary! They really are in meltdown.
Gove's doing quite well: wrecked Cameron's career last week and Boris's this week.
You are about to experience the awe and mystery which reaches from the inner mind to – The Outer Limits.
If she wins and has any sense she should choose Nigel.
Doesn't have to be a party member does it, to subcontract a job to.

I'd still prefer a Brexiter in the job though. Not good to have to answer to a Remainer when trying to negotiate a firm exit deal.
Naomi24, I am at all sure why you are asking me to qualify what you already know. The people have been led to believe that they are being promised lower immigration, more money available for the NHS, change of many EU regulations that affect us etc., and the formation of good trade deals within Europe without being part the single market.
Garaman
And you know that none of this will happen, how?
Devastated, hope it's not May.

The referendum is over, there should not be Brexiters & Remainers, onl Brits.
Yeah like that's ever going to happen. Everyone knows which option they supported and always will. And the act isn't even triggered yet.
I don't, dannyk13, and indeed hope it will. As others have said the decision has been made so let's get on with it. However, let's not pretend that there aren't some promises that must be fulfilled. As I said, in an earlier post, I don't think Boris fancies his chances of fulfilling them.
Garaman "He has promised the impossible, you can’t expect him to try to deliver it when he knows he would fail. " - err what did he promise? this was about freeing us from Tyranny, What The Funicular are you talking about. Anyway it does not matter who is PM as long as they invoke article 50 pronto and get us out of this 5hit3.
Anyone on here into genealogy?

Arms folded F-all to say just looking on in bewilderment at the events unfolding right in front of him, similar looks ... but is Jeremy related to this chap http://tinyurl.com/z2qy5n8 ?

Let me know what you find.
Garaman ... give us links showing Brexit leaders saying 'We Promise'

Blimey I do wonder about some. 'Promise' in the dictionary - 'encourage to expect, give reason to expect'... One doesn't have to use the word 'promise'. I am beginning to understand why it is hard to get a message across on here.
// If Boris Johnson looked downbeat yesterday, that is because he realises that he has lost.

Perhaps many Brexiters do not realise it yet, but they have actually lost, and it is all down to one man: David Cameron.

With one fell swoop yesterday at 9:15 am, Cameron effectively annulled the referendum result, and simultaneously destroyed the political careers of Boris Johnson, Michael Gove and leading Brexiters who cost him so much anguish, not to mention his premiership. //
