It's easier to sign up to something than achieve it. And much easier than to achieve it without making life difficult/unfair for the public. I hope that they know what a reasonable target is.

Anyone can doubt anything, but that doesn't mean the doubt is reasonable or sensible.

At about this point there is no legitimate reason to doubt that humans have contributed to recent climate trends, and we should therefore look to reduce our contributions to greenhouse gas emissions as far as possible.
