Hi Everyone,

Well it looks like we may actually have some nice weather soon after about a month of rain. Will many of you now be able to get out and about more and hopefully get a bit more exercise?

Sounds like you're a perfectionist OG. I weigh half a pound more after a shower/bath (and I expect everyone else does too), so that is why I only weigh first thing in the morning, even before my cup of tea. :-) Every little helps. Good luck for next time, everybody.
:-) My siblings claim I'm a perfectionist, but it's not so. You should see the things I have to let go when DIYing if I wish to finish the job. Or preferably not. Heartbreaking.

Lost some more since yesterday, I should have posted today instead ;-)

Ugh...I'm staying put on the naughty step....'nuff said....
Down ⅜ lbs as far as I can tell. Been a bit of a down then up then back down again week.

Morning xstitcher and OG nuff said from me too I need to get myself in gear now the weather may be on the up. Have stayed the same a few weeks now but still better than gaining.

Sorry, havnt been on here for a while. Ive stopped going to SW to save myself five pounds (money) every week. Im still yo -yoing within that half stone, but the fact that Ive managed to keep 2 stone off since I joined is an achievment for me. I feel tons better than I did over a year ago. Glad to hear you are all doing well. Keep onward and downward
Well done TheOtherHalf just the same as me I keep staying the same but I am determined I will shift this last stone and like you have not put back on the 2 stone I have lost.
I didn't weigh this morning as I had some minor treatment at the hospital yesterday and needed a lie in. I'm feeling OK now and been out for a stroll this afternoon doing everything I could to avoid comfort eating! I had Rivita, hummous and lettuce for lunch and mixed salad, 4 little falafel (cold) with new potatoes for dinner.

That made up for the pizza and chips I had last night - OH cooked! I was glad of it though and did prepare a little side salad for us each :-)

I might weigh in the morning if I'm up reasonably early but if not I declare it a "holiday" week!

Hello everyone. I'm really pleased I lost 2 and a half pounds. I tried really hard this week. I told a friend that I would text her every time I ate something I knew I shouldn't, and the thought that I would have to text her if I did, put me off eating the unhealthy things in the first place. Good luck for next week. And good luck to maidup if you weigh yourself tomorrow.
Well done notafish. I nearly forgot to log in again this week. Lost 2lb this week so 5st 6lb off now so I am pleased. I am trying to decide whether to invest in a vibration plate as I can't really exercise with my bad ankle. It's a lot of money but I've got to do something to try and tone up.
Well done Jan. Pilates is a good exercise to do because it is mostly done lying down. I go to a Pilates class on Tuesdays; it won't run through the summer but you can buy Pilates DVDs and do it at home.

You have all done so well. I hope you can still keep up without SW otherhalf. I'm sure you will and let's see if you can get rid of that last bit.
Be careful of your "week's holiday" Maid UP. If you can it would be good to get on the scales despite what you think the result might be. I really had to force myself on Wednesday knowing that I must have put on weight but now that I know I am in control again which I wouldn't be, not knowing.
