Cleaning behind radiators

Does anyone know of a gadget that will clean all the nnoks and crannies behind radiator panels - a feather duster is too big, and I ve tried tying a duster to a garden cane with not much success.

Does anyone know how to forward phone calls from a landline to another landline phone? I am out of the country for a month in Sept, but need to re-direct business calls to a virtual office - not sure...
