I have bought a second hand car and the tax ends August, My insurance starts the 1st September and i have a MOT. Can i get the new Tax disc before the 1st Sept or do i have to wait til the insuracne...

pc screen goes black

I have a HP F1703 flat screen which is under 2 years old. When i switch on my pc the windows started loading and the screen is on for about 2-5 second then goes black. I tried turning the screen off...
