hi i am a builder looking for a floor inulation that is only 25-35mm thick that could give the same therm value as a 70mm celotex...any ideas please !!!

what times are good

i am 47 male and consider myself fit i have recently rowed on an indoor rowing machine in the gym 5000mts my time was 19.22 minutes is this good and does anyone no where i can compare times....thanks

i am 46 and need new hips but i can swim a mile in 35 minutes and row on a rowing machine 5000mts in 19.30 is this good for my age

ive got an artist friend whose works are shown in gallerys around europe,it is modern art ..great stuff and gets great reviews...
