" White Westie "

How do you keep a white westie clean. Mine looks as if he has brown knee high boots and a brown beard. I was told to wash him in peroxide, would this not burn him. Thanks.

we have a six month old kitten that uses a litter tray very well, but we would like the kitten to start going to the toilet outside ,how can we make it to start to go to the toilet outside instead of...
