Selling houses.

I signed the contract for the sale of my house on July 1st at the estate agents. Surely I need to sign other stuff before completion. Anyone know?

(sp) What purpose does it serve and what are the effects of getting it removed? Also....same question about the spleen?

I've sold my house. My ex changed the locks so I couldn't get in. He said that if I signed the contracts he would give me a key. Signed the contracts on the condition that I could have 2 weeks to get...
