poor braking on a seat alhambra

dose any one know how to sort out poor braking on a seat alhambra we have changed the master cylinder and back brakes and the braking is still not so good id be really great full if some one knows...

my new 206 central looking

well it's not new but it is to me lol my 206 is v reg 1999 the central looking wont lock and the lights don't work when i press the button on the key why ????? is this it goes down but then pops back...
