For several hours yesterday my mains water supply was cut off. its now back onwith no problem other then my cistern will not flush. I am sure its an air lock but does any one know how I get rid of...

noisy central heating

Does any have an idea how I can make my central heating pump quieter? its the correct size pump for the system I have, I dont suffer water hammer. and the system appears to be working fine.
