anyone know how to adjuse volume on a w800i?

i know on the walkman you can adjust the volume using the + and - on the side but i have heared you can adjust the volume more somehow? cheers :D

Are PSPs region specific? I'm planning to buy a PSP from abroad to take back to the UK but can I play games bought in the UK on it? Ive been told that only UMD movies are region specific but not games...
