What is a Macro??

When I open certain excel documents it asks me whether i want to enable ir disable macros?!?!?! What the hell does that mean?? does it matter either way??? Thanks in advance........??

credit cards??

I earn ?25k + a year, yet every credit card company refuses to give me a card and my own bank will not give me a cheque card!!? I just want to know how I can sort this out? Any ideas.....??
