How can I try to prevent myself getting colds?

I'm just fed up ! Full of cold again and determined to try and do something about it!! Can anyone recommend anything to boost my immune system or prevent colds?Thought recommedations are the best...

Where can I buy stones/gravel for a Septic Tank?

We have a traditional brick built septic tank which we are maintaining at present. Where can I buy and what are the stones/gravel in the second chamber where the water filters through? Many thanks
