does anyone know the song on the channel 5 advert which features clips from Happy Days and says 'need cheering up?' at the very end??

tv crime drama dilemma

does anyone remember an American TV crime series (not v recent) where the main characters consisted of an ugly old man (possibly a detective or doctor) and a nun?? please tell me i didn't dream it!!!
