My girlfriend had a car accident, her car was badly damaged, no other cars or people involved. She was breathalised and was just over the limit. Will she still be able to claim on her car insurance...

Insurance liability

Hi, I recently reversed from my drive into the side of an illegally parked car (was parked on double yellow lines). The car wasn't there when I got into mine and I didn't notice it pull up and park....
