i work in a section where i get treble time bank holidays

another section has closed down, they have moved on to our section, but they get double time bankholidays, the managers have taken the treble time off us without us signing to an agreement is this...

equal pay bank holidays

a female member of staff is getting triple pay on bank holiday while the rest of the workers get double time on bank holiday, is this right are we entitled to equal pay

there are 5 sections at my work place, 4 of them get treble time on bank holidays, we only get double. we more or less do the same work even wen one of the other sections comes to work in our section...
