refuse bins for garden use!!

we have those garden bins also robina..they collect ours every other monday..they refused to take one mans as he put clods of earth and turf in them..they know by the weight..mine is allways...

Is everyone's machine failing to update the number of answers, or is it just mine? It's a bit annoying when it says e.g. 3 answers but when you click on there are 15 or more.
