Can't connect to website

For the past two days I've been unable to connect to Yahoo! Answers using both I.E. and Firefox. I just get 'Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage' Any ideas?

I would like to buy customer returns from Argos or suchlike to resell on eBay. How would I go about this?
