I tried to scan a letter from my printer to my PC but nothing is happening. I can print FROM my PC & I can print from my printer. It used to be so easy - what's happened?

what is the best way of roasting potatoes,we use Maris Piper and par boil them,drain and dry them out and after a minute or so shake them so they go fluffy and then roast which makes them crispy I...
