add/remove programmes

on the add/ remove programmes section il have tried to remove a couple of games my kids have installed l cannot remove them as a box comes up and says cannot remove file...cannot read from the source...

opening e-mails

sometimes when l recieve e-mails and l try to open them a window appears saying ....".this file does not have a program associated with it to perform this action,, create an association in the folder...
