Back button problem

Last Monday the Answerbank techhes were going to look at this and resolve. Obviously they are not as tecchy as it is still not working.

Inability to use return to previous screen

Why is now not possible to use 'back' button to return to previous screen. Originally it only required one depression to return then for reasons known only to your Techhies it required three, now it...
