How to get mobile phone to say caller's name

Trying to find a cheap phone that says caller's name when ringing but also has internet access. Failing that a programme/download to put this type of software on and phone.

Need help to find the right Toshiba laptop

Can someone help me find a Toshiba laptop? I would prefer it to have an Intel core 2 duo processor and has to have at least 2 GB of storage and at 160+ of RAM. Any help appreicated.
