Samsung pixon wont let me call or text!!

Ive just got a samsung pixon, its from orange and the sim card ive put in is orange, it does come up with orange on the screen and says i have signal but when i try and text it says service...

My digital camera's batteries keep going flat

I have a Pentax camera and have found just lately thst every time I recharge my batteries they go flat in a very short while? Is it the batteries or is it possible the camera is shortening there...

My phone goes automatically to voicemail.
