Blackberry Storm Update

Has there been an official software update for this phone after the version: 4.7.0.78 (Plattform 4.0.0.98) Haven't a clue what any of that means. If so, how do I go about getting an update done? Thnx

Blue Screen

for the pass couple days my computer comes up with a blue screen saying BAD_POOL_HEADER it says if this is the first time you seen this then restart your computer etc... if you see this again then...
