Anyone kow where I can get spare buttons from? The ones on the analogue controllers have busted and I'm having to use the steel pins which make a nice dent in your thumbs

Why don't they play the original theme tune for Starsky & Hutch on Bravo? Is it something to do with licensing or copyright ... I was looking forward to watchig it, but lost interest during the theme...
