camelias

I have camelias in my back yard they look pretty sick brown curled up leaves woody and most of the leaves have fallen off there just basically sticks I always fertilize every 6 mths water in winter...

Can taking certain heartburn tablets do harm if theres no warning on the back I get real bad heart burn and Im 28 wks pregnant .Is gaviscon and quikeze suitable or mylanta ok? mother to be
