Boot up time

My computer seems to take ages (at least 5 -6 minutes) to boot up. It never used to take this long. Do I have a problem? Is there anything I can do to reduce this time scale. I'm not very computer...

Back pain and balance

Hi, does anyone know if having back pain (i.e. just below the waist) can make you feel slightly off balance. Although not too pronounced, don't feel I'm going to fall over, more as if I'm on a ship...

I have been given a bottle of the above. Does anyone know how to use it? By the description it seems pretty good but is it just used in cooking say like olive oil or does it have more specific uses?
