Cat poo

My neighbour has about 10 cats and they use my garden and another neighbours as their toilet - she says they don't , but we have seen them frequently. If I send it back it is an offence?

My friend had bowel cancer 6 years ago - and is clear now. Her insurance was ?220 per annum but did not cover the cancer. she has now had a renewal for ?580 !! this covers the cancer, but she does not...
