Healthy snacks for kids

School holidays

Just wondered how everybody is feeling now the summer hols are drawing to a close? Although I love my kids to bits, my house is like a bomb site, I have spent a small fortune keeping them entertained...

My 5 year old just doesn't sleep.

holiday illness

We went to Tenerife a fortnight ago, and my son (12) developed quite severe tonsilitus, which resulted in three trips to the doctors, and five days when he stayed in bed, and we couldn't really leave...
