sky password

Has anyone recieved a password from sky broadband. i've been waiting 2 months, phoned several times and was promised it would be sent to me.

cannot record

i have a dvd /hdd recorder the problem is i can only record on the hdd i cannot record on the dvd even though i have the right recordable dvd s can anybody help

cant turn printer off

can anyone tell me why i cant turn my printer off each time i turn it off it switches back on again i have had it unplugged for a few days but it has made no difference its a hp deskjet5650
