Gluten Free - New York

I'm going to NYC later this year and I cannot eat anything with gluten in it. Can anyone tell me how easy this is in New York? Hhow difficult will eating out with my friends be? Is it better or worse...

Ipod - transfer to new computer.

I've had an ipod for a couple of years and have spent many hours compiling playlists etc but I now have a new computer and can only transfer songs that I have downloaded into itunes. I cannot work out...

Ipod - hidden tracks

Can anyone tell me how to deal with hidden tracks when I upload from CD to itunes/ipod?  I want to include the hidden track but theres a really long gap between the last song and the hidden one...
