hotpoint tumble drier

I've got a Hotpoint tumble drier, model CTD00, and the thing is useless! It never gets warm and takes ages to dry anything. Does anyone else have this model? If so, have I got a fault with mine or is...

damp wall

I have just removed some tiles off my bathroom wall and set inside the partition wall is the plumbing for a shower. The plumbing has been leaking water into the partion wall and all the packed stuff...
