Sciatica

I'm in agony with sciatica. Taking strong pain killers from Doctor haven't helped. Would be grateful for any suggestions.

insulin pens

I use an aventis Optipen Pro 1 to inject glargine insulin,but my pens keep jamming. Can anyone help? or do you know of another type of pen to use for this insulin.

80th Birthday

Help. What can I buy my father for his 80th birthday. He does'nt smoke or drink. Has plenty of clothes books cds dvds.Has no need of hamper as he live with my brother and family.

How do I get rid of rats. I've put peanut butter and mars bar on traps, but the birds are eating it . I caught one rat but a bird also got caught. Is there anything that the bird will not eat.Id do...
