Does anyone know which is the best skin firming cream, the skin on my arms seem to have gone a bit loose looking, and also what is the best exercise for those floppy bits (batwings) I do swim a lot...

I've heard that using haemorrhoid cream gets rid of eye bags, is this true?  If so does it have to be washed off after so long or do you just use it as a cream.  Thanks.
