Astra cuts out when moving off

My Astra 1.4 ('96) has started to cut out as i move off. The car when idling sounds as though it is struggling. Any ideas? Please HELP!!

The electrics on my car stay on even after taking keys out of ignition then when i get back in to start her up she wont start. Please help.
