Why can't I access the Topshop website from my Laptop?

Everytime I try, it looks like it's rerouting to the US website, the it just goes blank and nothing happens. I'm based in the UK. I can't access it though links from other webistes or via Google. Its...

I am unable to view some sorts of videos

Dos anyone have any idea why I can't stream some sorts of video on my laptop? They used to work but now nothing happens.
