stripping hair color

is there any way to take your hair color back to its natural color? Is that what stripping your hair means, that it just takes all the fake color out? Because I have done some dying that I don't...

roots too light!!

I just went to get my roots done (I have highlighted blonde hair), and in stead of highlighting them, she painted my roots all over and it is was too drastic and looks sort of orangy! Is there any way...
