who do u think is the better actor? Im confused because they both have made classic films. scarface, taxi etc. what do u lot reckon?

ladies...or gents! any tips on making my eyes look less tired in the morning?

whenever i try and put concealer under my eyes to cover them, it exaggerates the dark circles. not sure what else to try!
