choke sticking on peugeot 106!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

my peugeot 106 keeps kangarooing and the engine sounds like you are rev ving even when your not sometimes can't pull off at a juction-even when my foot is flat on the accelerater it moves well slow...
