First car - need advice!!!!

HI, Ive just bought a 1991 ford fiesta (1.3 engine). I know nothing about cars so there are a few things that are worrying me. 1- Rust around the rear wheel arches is pretty bad, some of it crumbles...

fire fighting breathing apparatus

when a firefighter has used air from their breathing apparatus, how do they re-fill the cylinders? thanks
