I've been in training for 10 weeks and have seen results, but have 10 days left of sit ups, weights and cross training etc... but i'm wondering how much difference the next 10 days will have?

I know that some sparkling mineral waters are inadvisable, and that tap water (esp city ones) contain a lot of toxins which I would like to avoid. Could someone reccomend suitable mineral water...
