Internet Explorer

How do I uninstall Internet Explorer 8 and go back to using I.E.6 ? I recently downloaded IE8 but hate it! How do I get back to IE7 ? I've tried "system Restore" but it doesn't work

I'm cold tonight and I'm sat cuddling my hot water bottle, but when I emptied it earlier, little bits of rubber came out into the sink. I don't want to throw it away cos it's not leaking but is it...
