varnishing a wooden floor

Hi can anyone tell me what the best varnish is for a wooden floor ? I am having my floorboards sanded soon and havent a clue what to get . thanks

Mortons Neuroma op - FAO Sqad

well its a week after my op and am doing great - apart from the mishap with my dressing ! they sent out a nurse to sort that out as i am not supposed to be weight bearing for two weeks. Not much pain...

FAO Sqad Mortons Neuroma operation today

Hi Sqad had my op today and all seems to have gone well. Two neuroma removed from my foot. Relatively pain free at the moment but that may change i suppose once anasthetic wears off.
