Relocating to Newbury

I am looking to relocation from Yorkshire to Newbury. Can anyone tell me where the nicest areas are, with a catchment of a good school? A nice modern housing cluster would be good too!

Nicest areas of Wokingham

I am wanting to move south from Halifax, West Yorkshire. As I am looking for an area with good state schools I am considering wokingham. Can anybody tell me what are the nicest parts of wokingham are....
